Each layer has a clearly separated role. This architecture has existed from the start of the project.
Software-House (UAE)
R&D, B2B technology licensing. Owner of the Index protocol IP. No B2C relationship and no regulated activity.
StayKing / Probinex layer
Holder of the client-zone and Algo IP. Probinex brand. Operator of the StayKing loyalty programme. Final recipient of part of licensing flows.
Binex s.r.o. (service entity)
Local back office and business representation for the Czech Republic. No regulated activity.
Operating entities (regulated partners)
Hold local regulatory licences (CASP, VARA and others). Own clients, compliance and execution. Pay royalties.
Technology entities (SPVs)
Index protocol (decentralized) and Algo strategies. Technology service for operators. No B2C relationship.
